A native of Newport News, Virginia, Sarah earned her B.A. in Government and International Relations from George Mason University and her J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. Her diverse background in estate law, residential real estate, and healthcare law equips her to provide families with personalized and thoughtful legal solutions.
Passionate about helping clients, Sarah approaches estate planning and elder law with a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges families face. Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their beloved dog. She’s an avid sports fan, cheering on the University of North Carolina Tar Heels and the Washington Nationals, and loves cooking, baking, playing tennis and pickleball, and traveling. Her dream is to explore Italy’s rich history, stunning coastlines, and world-renowned cuisine.

This law office hired our private investigative firm to conduct a person search to locate a witness for a case. A fairly common quick and routine type of request. Work was completed, and their office was billed a flat fee of $150.00 on March 1st, 2022. They have to date failed to make payment on a $150.00 invoice. In furtherance to that they do not respond to email inquiries either. I would forewarn any contractors or clients of doing business with these people as the communication is awful, and lack of integrity is evident. Also if you read through their reviews a vast majority of them are fake, paid for bots performing a service. Pathetic.UPDATE: 11/22/24-In response to the owner reply, nearly two years later you still OWE us $150.00. You never paid that invoice. Thanks!

Knowing nothing about the law regarding protection of financial assets from government seizure to satisfy judgments stemming from tax, Medicaid, or other matters, I could rely only on my observations of Att. Rory Clark (heard one of his lectures on veteran benefits often unknown or unclaimed) and the veracity of the firm's advertising and promotion material.As I worked with staff in initial contacts, I applied my critical thinking and research skills to their explanations, suggestions, and proposals--and consequently became more confident that I was dealing with competent, experienced, and honest people. Related documents were prepared in timely fashion and I was given sufficient time to review and ask questions about the contents and revisions, when agreed upon, were made promptly,As the cliche goes, the "proof is in the pudding," but I am comfortable with the outcomes of our dealings. Approaching topics concerning care for our family, our own heath and welfare in old age, and fulfilling our duties to and desires for heirs, have been daunting and unsetting.
