Andrew J. Pruitt

Director of Litigation

Andrew believes that the law works best when people’s voices are heard.  After more than a decade as a prosecutor, including serving as a Senior Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney on the Special Victims and Violent Crimes teams, Andrew has handled serious and complex criminal matters and worked to ensure that victims and their families had a voice in the prosecution of their cases.  Andrew now brings this experience to the firm’s litigation practice.  Focusing on guardianships, conservatorships, fiduciary duty litigation, and probate issues, Andrew is committed to helping families leverage the power of the courts to protect their loved ones.

Andrew is a licensed member of the Virginia and Maryland State Bar and serves on the Judicial Selection Committee for the Prince William County Bar Association. Outside the courtroom, he is also a barbeque enthusiast and enjoys traveling. An honors graduate from Radford University and New York Law School, Andrew is a native of Northern Virginia and lives with his wife and three young children in Ashburn.
