Susana is an integral member of the Legacy Elder Law Center, whether it is answering the phone, scheduling and coordinating appointments, greeting clients, or overseeing our Managing Partners days, she is tasked with keeping the daily operations of the office running smoothly. Before joining our team, Susana had a long career in client relations as a community health coordinator for a hospice organization in Florida.

Susana’s kindness and empathetic nature are appreciated by her co-workers and our clients.

I’m not going to get into details here. I’ll just leave you with one thing. Would I ever go back and use this firm for other family matters? No, I would not. I didn’t have the confidence in them. That said, trust your gut.

I phoned Legacy Elder Law Centre from Canada regarding probate of an estate in Virginia. Spoke to the receptionist with a brief description of the services I needed to deal with. She was very nice and very helpful. She knew exactly who I needed to speak to regarding this matter and informed me she would give my message to Emily, who would call me back shortly.
Emily did in fact call me back shortly and listened to my questions and concerns and answered all my questions. By the end of the phone conversation I felt very comfortable with Emily and that she was the right person to help me. She listens...and she answers. She is very knowledgeable and she is amazing. It will be stress free and comfortable working with her.

My mother passed and ger affairs were in order. However, my siblings and I have little experience with probate and estates.

The staff at the Legacy Elder Law Center were excellent. Responsive, immediate appointment, superb job breaking down the process, which turned out to be easy for us. The main thing was it took time.
