Emily’s focus as a Senior Legal Engagement Manager is to meet with prospective clients for an initial probate consultation to determine the necessary steps and requirements for each case.

Her role involves assessing the complexity of the estate, collecting intricate details related to the deceased person’s estate, identifying potential issues, and determining the appropriate course of action for each specific situation.

Overall, the position involves more than just completing administrative tasks—it’s about recognizing and responding to the emotional needs of our clients with kindness, empathy, compassion, and understanding.

Her elder care journey began in 2011, working at an assisted living facility as a personal care aid & activities coordinator. Having lost her last surviving grandparent to dementia in 2019, Emily brings a profound sense of empathy and compassion to her role at the firm. Her personal experience with loss and grief fuels her determination to provide exceptional service to every client she encounters. She understands firsthand the emotional toll that accompanies the probate process, and she is committed to supporting clients with kindness, empathy, and understanding every step of the way.

Call to enquire their legal services. Front desk didn’t get my question. Repeated a couple of times. She told me to call again. I did. She put me to voicemail and then block my number. Totally shocked.

I would not use this law firm. The free consultation I received with Liz was a total waste of my time. She was doing house work while speaking with me on the phone which is unprofessional. She provided no useful information about what the lawyer can do for me. Instead she repeatedly emphasized their "price tag" for their products throughout the consultation.

Since there is no money available until the 1st, she recommended a Free source. I called that number but unlike Legacy Elder Law Center, those phones aren't manned and no one ever called back.It's refreshing to have an upfront legal team who explained cost upfront. I recommend them highly. Your questions, calls, answers, and upfront expense are important and she addressed them quickly and amicably without judgement. Additionally called a day ahead of what I expected.
