Raksha Garib

Raksha was born and raised in South Africa. She completed her Bachelor of Laws degree and successfully passed the South African Bar Examinations, qualifying as an Attorney. She then joined the National Prosecuting Authority of South Africa, where she qualified and trained as a State Prosecutor and handled and prosecuted several high-profile matters.

 

Raksha later joined the South African Judiciary, serving as a Magistrate and further strengthening her expertise in judicial process and legal adjudication. She also completed a specialized examination and qualified as a Conveyancer, a real estate attorney licensed to manage the entire legal process for the purchase and sale of property in South Africa.

 

After gaining extensive experience across prosecution, judicial service, and property law, and holding multiple legal qualifications, Raksha transitioned to full-time virtual paralegal work for U.S. law firms, allowing her to expand her skills in an international legal environment.

 

In her leisure time, Raksha enjoys nature and travel.
