Joshua Stanton

In his role as Litigation Associate, Josh’s practice focuses on helping families navigate the probate and trust administration process, as well as providing legal representation in contested court proceedings.

Born and raised in Central Virginia, Josh earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Old Dominion University, J.D. from New England Law | Boston, and LL.M. in Taxation with a certificate in Estate Planning from Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Prior to joining The Legacy Elder Law Center, Josh was a tax associate at an international accounting firm. He uses his background in finance and tax to provide a detailed, analytical approach to legal matters.

Outside of his practice, Josh enjoys reading, spending time with his son, and watching reality t.v. with his wife.
