Operations Manager
Rachael began her career in public service as a certified EMT and firefighter while still in high school. She brings years of experience in crisis response, client service, team leadership, and operational management.
Rachael graduated summa cum laude from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Law and Public Policy. Driven by her passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference, she is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Vermont Law and Graduate School. Through her studies, Rachael continues to deepen her understanding of the law while building on her commitment to serving others and making a positive impact in her community.
As the firm’s Operations Manager, Rachael oversees day-to-day administrative operations, supports workflow coordination, helps manage internal systems and processes, and works to ensure that the firm delivers organized, responsive service to its clients. She is also an integral member of the firm’s fiduciary team, supporting fiduciary matters with careful attention to client care, efficiency, and organizational excellence.
Outside of work and school, Rachael enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, Isaac.

The team at this firm quickly engaged and presented options for helping my mom qualify for Medicaid. She treated me and my family’s situation with kindness, respect and professionalism.
