Dyan Guzman

Dyan Guzman, Client Intake Specialist, was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science. She brings extensive experience in customer service, credit and collections, along with more than five years as a virtual assistant supporting a wide range of administrative functions, including phone support, data entry, appointment scheduling, and email management. In her role at The Legacy Elder Law Center, Dyan serves as a key point of contact for prospective clients, helping guide them through the intake process with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

Dyan values building meaningful connections with clients and takes pride in helping ensure each matter begins in an organized and supportive manner. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three who enjoys relaxing with her favorite streaming shows and spending time as a devoted fur parent.
