Kate Juarez

Kate Juarez, Intake Specialist, is a valued member of the Legacy Elder Law Center team, known for her friendly demeanor and dedication to client care. Born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, Kate works closely with Steve, Eliz, Emily, and Dyan to guide prospective clients through the intake process. She excels at thoughtfully vetting inquiries to ensure the firm is the right fit and provides meaningful follow-up support to both clients and internal teams. Kate is passionate about having genuine, solution-focused conversations and takes pride in helping individuals navigate elder law matters with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Kate values family and connection. She has been married for two years to her high school sweetheart and treasures the close-knit family they share, including her sister, extended siblings through her husband, and in-laws who feel like family. Her mother is a continual source of inspiration. At home, Kate and her husband enjoy the company of their two cats, Lucifer and Vaquita. A self-described geek, Kate enjoys anime, Japanese culture, video games, reading, and has recently taken up knitting and crocheting. She is currently pursuing an online Bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management from BYU and hopes to one day travel to Japan to experience its culture and cuisine firsthand.
